Capriccio Toscano with Vegetable Rennet

The first goat milk cheese with vegetable rennet produced by the Caseificio Busti. Capriccio Toscano is the result of a specific production technique; it should be consumed when still young.
The delicate edible rind is covered with selected noble moulds. The production is limited and available by order. A highly digestible product, especially suitable for vegetarians.
