Pure Sheep Ricotta Adelina

This ricotta is obtained exclusively from sheep’s whey with the addition of a small percentage of whole sheep’s milk. Particularly suitable for cooking and industrial production, such as pasta factories and pastry shops due to its firmer texture, it has a pleasant, delicate taste. It is ideal for the preparation of sweet and savoury recipes, for filling cannoli and fresh pasta such as ravioli, cappellacci and cannelloni.
