Pecorino Ricche Terre with vegetable rennet<\/h1>\n

Pecorino cheese with vegetable rennet (obtained from the wild thistle, \u201ccynara cardunculus\u201d), cylindrical in shape with a \u201cbowl\u201d heel. It is treated on the rind with tomato paste which, as well as giving it a natural colour, favours anti fungal activity due to its natural acidity. The use of selected thermophilic ferments makes the paste soft and elastic, with a sweet and delicate taste and regularly distributed eyes. Ideal pecorino for those following a vegetarian diet.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div>
