Ricotta Luciana
A typical Tuscan over-the-counter ricotta, obtained from cow’s and sheep’s whey and the addition of whole cow’s milk. It comes from an ancient recipe handed down from generation to generation, whose name is a tribute to a pillar of the company, Mrs Luciana, Remo Busti’s wife. The balance of the ingredients, together with the skilful and harmonious manual extraction of the hot ricotta (known as “cavatura”), make La Luciana a unique product: its softness and sweet flavour are unmistakable.
